Community Guidelines

QueerFlame is a social and dating platform for LGBTQ+ and bisexual adults. These rules help everyone interact safely, consensually and lawfully. Violations may result in warnings, suspension or permanent bans.

1. Age limit (18+)

• The platform is for adults 18+ only. You must provide an accurate date of birth and accept the age confirmation at registration.
• Report anyone you suspect is underage. False age claims may lead to permanent closure and reporting to authorities.
• You may be asked to verify identity; refusal may restrict your account.

2. Consent, respect and boundaries

Even where adult content is allowed, every interaction must be consensual and respectful:

• Harassment, threats, blackmail, stalking or sexual pressure is forbidden.
• Share private media only with explicit consent. Private galleries are for people you approve.
• Do not start video/voice calls without acceptance; recording requires consent and law.
• Do not persist after someone blocks you or says no.
• Hate speech, discrimination and targeting are forbidden in community, messages and live.

3. Prohibited content and behavior

The following are forbidden everywhere on the platform:

• CSAM and any content involving minors — zero tolerance.
• Non-consensual private media, deepfakes or impersonation to harm others.
• Violence promotion, self-harm encouragement, terrorism and extreme hate.
• Fraud, fake payments, jet scams and phishing.
• Drug sales, weapons trade and illegal services.
• Spam, bulk ads, bot accounts and unauthorized automation.
• Copyright infringement of other platforms or people.
• Doxxing — publishing others' personal data without consent.

4. NSFW, profile and live streaming

• Mark adult (NSFW) content appropriately; respect others' safe mode preferences.
• No prohibited content in profile photos or galleries.
• Live streams must follow platform rules and local law; streams may be cut immediately.
• Tips and private rooms must follow platform payment rules; off-platform payment scams are forbidden.

5. Messaging and matching

• Link spam in first messages may be restricted by safe mode.
• Fake profiles, stolen photos and misleading identity are forbidden.
• Bulk or automated likes/messages may lead to suspension.

6. Reporting

Your reports help keep the community safe:

1. Profile or post: Report button — select a reason.
2. Message: Report from chat or block the user.
3. Live: Use in-stream reporting tools.
4. Email: For urgent safety issues destek@queerflame.com (subject: Urgent moderation).

Malicious mass reporting may also be a violation. Reports are confidential.

7. Sanctions

Depending on severity, we may apply:

• Warning for first or minor violations.
• Content removal.
• Temporary suspension of login or features.
• Permanent ban; new account attempts may be blocked.
• Legal reporting for CSAM, violence or serious crimes.

If you believe a ban was unfair, appeal via Contact ; identity verification may be required.

8. Premium, payments and commercial content

Premium and VIP packages are subject to the Terms of Use . Jet purchases and withdrawals go through support.

9. Updates to these rules

Community rules may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new rules.
